Admission / Advisement / Enrollment for New & Readmitted Students


Spring 2000 Semester

I Undergraduate Student

  1. A.  New Freshmen/New Transfer Student
1. If you are a new student enrolling for the first time on the KSU campus, you must be admitted by the Admissions Office and advised by an academic advisor prior to enrolling.

2. APPLICATION DEADLINE: Applications must be received in  Admissions Office no later than five working days prior to enrollment. No applications will be accepted after the semester begins.

3. When you are admitted, you will receive information about academic advising and enrollment.

B. Readmitted Student
  1.  If you did not attend KSU Fall 1999 or Summer 1999 Semesters, or if you have graduated from KSU, you must be readmitted by the Admissions Office and be advised by an academic advisor prior to enrolling.

2.  APPLICATION DEADLINE: Your readmission application must be received in the Admissions Office no later than five working days prior to enrollment and no applications will be accepted after the semester begins.

3.  You will receive advising/enrollment information when you are readmitted. Readmitted students enroll with continuous students according to the Enrollment Time Chart for KATS and Walk-In.

II.  Graduate Student
  A.  Readmitted Graduate Student
  1.  If you did not attend KSU Fall 1999 or Summer 1999 Semester, then you must be readmitted to KSU.
